”Terms of Service”

Service Delivery:
The Podcast Introduction Group is committed to providing a seamless and professional podcast introduction service as outlined in this Agreement. Our service includes an initial assessment to customize podcast scheduling, programming, and interview preferences tailored to individual or team needs.

Program Execution:

Upon successful engagement and payment, the Client will receive:
A kickoff consultation call to discuss and finalize the podcast strategy.
Coordination and scheduling of podcast interviews.
Preparation of podcast interview readiness and one-page podcaster biographies for each speaker.
Regular updates and 24-hour email support through a dedicated account manager.
Completion of Services:
The services will be considered complete upon the fulfilment of all agreed-upon podcast introductions and the execution of all coordinated interviews as described in the Services section of this Agreement. The Client will be informed of the completion of services via written communication.

Refunds and Cancellations:
The Client may cancel their participation in the program within 24 hours of the initial payment without penalty. Following this period, a cancellation fee of 50% of the remaining balance owed will be charged.
In the event of cancellation after the commencement of services but prior to the completion of all services, the Client may be eligible for a pro-rated refund of the portion of the services not yet rendered, minus any applicable cancellation fees.
Refunds are not available once the services are fully rendered as described in the Agreement.

Rescheduling:
The Client may request rescheduling of podcast interviews. Such requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. The ability to reschedule will depend on the availability of the podcast hosts and other logistical considerations.

Miscellaneous:
In the case of unforeseen circumstances that prevent The Podcast Introduction Group from delivering the service as agreed, efforts will be made to reschedule or provide equivalent services. If rescheduling is not possible, the Client may be entitled to a partial refund.

This Fulfilment Policy is integral to the Service Agreement and aims to clarify the terms related to the completion and satisfaction of the services provided. By engaging with The Podcast Introduction Group, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this Fulfilment Policy.
